Dianne is the principal of Ausure East2West. Dianne has had an illustrious yet diverse career of insurance knowledge and experience. Prior to establishing Ausure East2West, Dianne had worked for a number of profile insurance brokerages both in Queensland and in Victoria. This has armed her with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of insurance. Dianne’s core values are summed up in one word: service!
Dianne enjoys healthy living and is passionate about softball. Dianne can be found still playing most Saturdays all year-round. Dianne is a very family-oriented person and loves the company of her children, their partners and her ever-growing tribe of grandchildren.

KAREN SCOTT
Karen has a wealth of knowledge and background in the insurance and broking sector. Karen started her career over 25 years ago in the insurance industry progressing through the ranks of broker assistant, underwriter, professional administrator to her current position as account manager.
One of Karen’s roles at Ausure East2West is claims manager, and she will bring that personal touch to ensure a smooth process from start to finish on all claims. Karen is our go-to for all things Tradie-related from public liability, personal income, tools, trailer and Tradie vehicles. Karen’s strengths are her ability to prioritise and meet the client’s needs in a professional and timely manner.
Outside of work, Karen loves to socialise with friends and family, keep fit by attending the gym and playing squash and hockey.
